Activate the trainer options by checking boxes or setting values from 0 to 1. there is a good cheat app called Infinity i played BSI with it and you get like super jump, unlimited money and salts, unlimited ammo but you cant get all the vigors from the start tho u have to unlock them by playing but after that u can use them as much as u want.
